Bighorn Sheep:

In our area we have a limited number of bighorn tags available to us each year. And over the years has produced a wide range of trophy sheep in regards to size and age. Bighorn sheep are quite larger in body size compared to other wild sheep. Hunting these animals is not for the faint of heart. They live in rough and rugged country. A legal trophy sheep in our area must be ⅘’s curl or larger. Opening up more opportunities for our clients than full curl only areas. Once you have harvested a ram it is required to be inspected by a biologist and then it will be plugged and registered with the province. Season runs Sept 1st-Oct 15th.

Rocky Mountain Elk:

Over the years there have been some real trophy elk taken out of our area. Elk can be harvested on an opportunity and trophy fee basis. This season is Sept 17-Oct 15th. No inspection required.

Mule Deer:

These bucks can be found throughout our area high in sheep country or low in the moosey meadows. We also have a few large burns in our area that they like to live in.. A muley buck can be harvested on an opportunity and trophy fee basis. This season opens Sept. 17 and runs till Oct 15th.

Whitetail Deer:

We have some really good bush bucks in our area. A Whitey buck can be harvested on an opportunity and trophy fee basis. This season opens Sept. 17 and runs till Oct 15th.

BLACK BEAR:

Bears can be taken on an opportunity and trophy fee basis on some of the hunts. We do not have a lot of black bears, but there are some big boars in the area, with most of them being jet black. Season opens: Sept 1. No inspection required.

WOLF:

Wolves are taken on an opportunity basis at no cost. A hunter must have purchased a wolf/coyote license (No limit on wolves) Many of our hunters would like to harvest a wolf and if they have a tag they should get the opportunity to shoot first. Wolves are very smart and fast, so be quick on the draw! Season opens: Sept 1st. No inspection required.
